How it works
From procedure volume to governed AI, in six steps.
Satori is the layer between your department and the algorithms: selection, evaluation, integration, contracting, the radiologist view and governance, under one platform.
01
Map the volume.
We analyze your procedure volume by modality and subspecialty to find where AI will have measurable impact.

02
Prioritize use cases.
With Radiology and IT stakeholders, we select and rank use cases from the Satori Catalogue: clinically specified use cases across every domain, each matched to vendors chosen as best in their area.

03
Plan the integration.
We define how each use case connects to PACS, the EMR and draft reporting. You build one integration, not one per vendor.

04
Onboard against KPIs.
Each use case goes live on a set schedule, with success metrics agreed before launch.

05
Tailor SNAPP.
Satori ships a default view for each use case and vendor; your department configures what radiologists see, and in what order.
06
Monitor and adapt.
We track performance, feedback and ROI continuously. Underperforming solutions are replaced, and new ones are activated on demand.

One gateway on your network. Every vendor behind it.
The Satori Gateway is installed on-premises. It de-identifies studies and sends them to the Satori Cloud, which routes each one to the use cases and AI vendors your department has activated. Use cases and vendors can be switched on or off at any time.
